Graphic Designer and Video Editor
Design ad creatives, social posts and website assets, and edit short-form video and reels for client campaigns.
The role
You will produce the creative that our paid and organic campaigns run on: static ads, carousels, reels, short videos, landing page graphics and brand assets. Creative is now the main lever on Meta and YouTube, so your work is tested against real results every week.
What you will do
- Design ad creatives, carousels and social media posts for several brands at once
- Edit reels, short-form ads and YouTube videos, with captions, sound and pacing that hold attention
- Produce variations for creative testing and learn from what performs
- Create graphics for websites and landing pages
- Use AI tools for speed without losing brand quality
What you need
- A portfolio of design and video work (send the link in your WhatsApp message)
- Skill in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects, or Figma and CapCut/DaVinci Resolve
- An eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
- Ability to work to briefs and deadlines across several clients
Good to have: Motion graphics, Experience with performance ad creative, Basic photography.
Terms
- Location: Kolkata only. You must live in Kolkata or nearby and be able to reach our Park Street office.
- Work mode: Hybrid: some days from our Park Street office, some days from home, planned week by week with your lead.
- Working days: 6 days a week.
- Education: A completed degree in engineering (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech) or management (BBA, MBA, PGDM). Final-year students and incomplete courses are not considered.
- Employment: Full time.
