Refund Policy

Why
Our work is consulting and delivery time. From the day an engagement begins, senior consultants are allocated to your account, audits and research are carried out, campaigns and pages are built, and media budgets and platform fees are committed. That effort and expenditure cannot be recovered or resold, so payments for it are not returnable.
What this covers
Onboarding and setup fees, monthly retainers and management fees, audit and research fees, project fees for landing pages, sales pages, Shopify builds, branding and tracking implementation, and any advance or milestone payment are all non-refundable once the engagement or project has started. Media spend paid to advertising platforms is billed by those platforms and is likewise not refundable by us.
No performance guarantee
We work to agreed scopes and targets, but campaign results depend on factors outside our control, including platform policies and algorithms, competitive auctions, your pricing, offer and sales process, and the accuracy of the data provided to us. Performance below expectation is not grounds for a refund.
Cancellation
Either party may end a retained engagement in line with the notice period in the signed agreement. On cancellation, fees for the current billing period and for work already delivered remain payable, and amounts already paid are not returned. We hand over the assets and account access agreed in your contract.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — a duplicate payment, or a charge for a service never commenced — write to hello@adsninza.com within seven days of the invoice date. We review such cases and correct genuine billing mistakes.
Before you commit
Because payments are non-refundable, we qualify carefully before we quote. Use the application on our home page, ask everything you need on the consultation call, and read the proposal in full. Where the signed agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.
