Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

This policy explains what information Ads Ninza collects when you use adsninza.com or engage us as a service provider, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our enquiry and application forms, and the marketing services we deliver to clients.

Information we collect

When you submit an application or contact form we collect the details you provide: name, work email, contact number, company, website, city, country, and the answers you give about your business, revenue band, media spend, timeline and requirements. We collect this to assess fit and prepare for a consultation.

When you browse the site we may receive standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring source, pages viewed and time on page — through analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, including server-side conversion events.

If you become a client, we process the business data required to deliver the engagement: access to advertising, analytics, tag management, CRM and e-commerce platforms, campaign performance data, and the customer or lead records those platforms hold.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, qualify and scope engagements, deliver and report on contracted services, improve our own site and campaigns, meet legal and tax obligations, and send service communications relating to an active engagement. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add enquiry data to cold outreach lists.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and operating our site, contract performance for delivering services, consent for non-essential cookies and marketing, and legal obligation for records we are required to keep.

Sharing and processors

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: advertising and analytics platforms, hosting and email providers, CRM and project tools, and accounting or legal advisers where required. These providers process data under their own terms and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics and advertising measurement, including conversion tracking that may pass hashed identifiers to advertising platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you do. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.

International transfers

We are based in India and serve clients in the USA, UK, UAE and Canada. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including on infrastructure operated by our providers. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the opportunity, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax or audit purposes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege platform access, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these, write to hello@adsninza.com. We respond within the timeframe your jurisdiction requires.

Children

Our services are sold business to business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change; the date above reflects the current version. Questions, requests or complaints can go to hello@adsninza.com, or Ads Ninza, Ripon St, Park Street, Kolkata, India.
