Amazon PPC Management Services: How Sellers Grow Profitably With Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
Amazon ads can build a brand or quietly eat its margin. Good management targets profit, uses ads to build organic rank, and knows when the listing, not the bid, is the problem.

What Amazon PPC management should achieve
Profitable sales growth on Amazon: more orders at an advertising cost the margin can carry, and rising organic rank so that over time a smaller share of sales depends on ads. The same logic applies to Walmart, Flipkart and other marketplaces with their own ad systems. Management that only reports ad sales and ACoS misses half the picture.
What the service includes
Structure: Sponsored Products auto, broad, phrase and exact campaigns by product, plus Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display where they help. Keyword harvesting: moving converting search terms into exact match and adding non-converting ones as negatives, weekly. Bids and budgets by profitability and stock. Listing work: titles, images, bullets, A+ content and reviews, because ads cannot fix a listing that does not convert. Reporting on ACoS, TACoS, organic rank and profit. See our ACoS and TACoS guide.
ACoS, TACoS and margin
ACoS is ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales. Your break-even ACoS is roughly your margin after Amazon fees and product cost. Launch products may run above it deliberately to build rank; mature products should run below. TACoS, ad spend divided by total sales, shows whether ads are lifting organic sales: falling TACoS with growing sales is the sign of a healthy account.
Inventory and pricing matter
Running out of stock kills rank and wastes ad spend; overstocking ties up cash. Coordinate ads with inventory, pause or reduce on low stock, and keep prices consistent with your own store and other marketplaces. Our inventory integration guide explains how to sync stock across channels.
Amazon, your store and other channels
Amazon customers belong to Amazon. Many brands use Amazon for volume and their own Shopify store for margin and repeat purchase. Decide the role of each channel, price accordingly, and avoid ads on one channel cannibalising another. See our Amazon vs Flipkart vs own store comparison.
Proof and how we run it
For Miayaa Lifestyle, we built the Shopify store and integrated Amazon, Flipkart, Merchant Center and Meta catalogues; it sold 10+ orders a day from its first week. We start with a profitability model per product, audit campaigns and listings, restructure, and run weekly harvesting and bid work with monthly reporting on profit and TACoS.
What it costs
Our marketplace management starts at $500 per month in the USA, UK, UAE and Canada and INR 35,000 per month in India, plus ad spend paid to Amazon or the marketplace. See our e-commerce and marketplace growth service.
Questions to ask and red flags
Ask: how will you set ACoS targets for each product? How often do you harvest search terms? Do you work on listings too? How do you report TACoS and profit? Red flags: one ACoS target for every product, no listing work, no negative keywords, and reports showing ad sales without total sales.
Launching new products on Amazon
New products have no reviews and no sales history, so they start with no organic rank. A launch plan uses Sponsored Products on relevant exact and phrase keywords, deliberately higher ACoS for a defined period, review programmes Amazon permits, competitive pricing and enough stock to avoid running out as sales pick up. Once the product ranks organically for its main terms, bids come down and TACoS should fall. Agree the launch budget and the point at which you expect profitability before you start. Without that agreement, launch spend tends to drift on long after the product should have been profitable, and nobody notices until the monthly report.
The short version
Set targets from margin, harvest and negate weekly, fix listings before raising bids, keep stock in line with ads, and judge the account by TACoS and profit. Ads should build organic rank, not replace it.
