A store built to be profitable, not just to look good.
Shopify builds engineered around the three numbers that decide whether e-commerce works: conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase. Fast, measurable, built to scale with ad spend Run for businesses in Faridabad.
- Speed treated as a revenue factor
- AOV and repeat purchase designed in
- Analytics and feeds correct from launch
What a Shopify Commerce Build includes
This is the design and development of a Shopify store built specifically to make money from paid traffic and returning customers. Not a template with your products in it, and not a design exercise judged on how it looks in a portfolio.
E-commerce profitability comes down to a small number of variables: what a visitor costs, what share of visitors buy, what they spend, how often they come back, and what fulfilment leaves you. A store can be beautiful and lose money on every order. What makes the difference is whether those variables were designed for or left to chance.
We build for the variables. Product pages structured around purchase objections, checkout friction removed, average order value mechanics built in rather than bolted on, speed treated as revenue, and the analytics and product feeds correct before launch instead of six months later.
In Faridabad: we run this programme for businesses across Faridabad, remotely from our base in Kolkata, India, with reviews scheduled inside your working hours. Individual services start at ₹35,000 per month. The discovery call is ₹499.
Why most stores plateau below profitability
Rising acquisition costs have changed e-commerce economics permanently. A store that worked at earlier click prices does not automatically work now, and the businesses that have adapted did it by improving what happens after the click rather than by finding cheaper traffic.
There is no cheaper traffic. There is a better conversion rate, a higher average order value and a stronger repeat rate — and those three multiply together. Improving each by a modest amount transforms the economics far more than any bidding change can.
Speed is revenue, measurably
Slow stores lose sales, and mobile is where most of the traffic and most of the impatience is. A store taking four seconds to become usable has already lost buyers you paid for.
Average order value is the least-worked lever
Bundles, tiered incentives, considered cross-sells and post-purchase offers raise revenue per customer without raising acquisition cost at all. Most stores do almost nothing here.
Repeat purchase is where the margin actually lives
The first order frequently breaks even at current acquisition costs. Profit comes from the second and third, which makes retention infrastructure a growth investment rather than a nice-to-have.
Product pages are where the decision happens
Most store optimisation attention goes to the home page. Most purchase decisions happen on the product page, and most product pages answer fewer of the buyer's questions than they should.

Senior people on your account
Strategy and execution sit with consultants who have 12+ years across IT and marketing. No junior handover after the pitch.
Tracking before spend
Conversion API and server-side events go in first. Platforms can only optimise toward signals they can actually see.
Ads and pages from one team
We build the page the traffic lands on. Campaign and conversion rate are tuned together instead of argued over.
Reporting a CFO can read
ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and pipeline. Impressions and engagement rate stay in the appendix.
We are a performance marketing team based in Kolkata, India, working with clients across India, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Canada. We own the whole path from click to conversion — campaigns, the pages traffic lands on, the tracking that measures it and the search work that reduces your dependence on paid over time — so nobody can hand the conversion problem to a second vendor. Your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties and creative stay in your name.
How we build
From the margin sheet outward. What the store needs to do commercially determines what gets built, in what order.
-
Economics and category research
Margin by product, target acquisition cost, competitor pricing and positioning, and where your pricing power actually sits. This determines the entire commercial design of the store, including which products should be promoted at all.
-
Information architecture and merchandising
Collection structure, navigation and filtering designed around how your buyers actually shop rather than how your catalogue is organised internally. Discovery is a conversion factor, particularly on larger catalogues.
-
Product pages built around objections
Every question a buyer needs answered before purchasing — sizing, materials, delivery, returns, comparison, suitability — answered on the page. Product pages are where the sale happens and they deserve the most attention, not the least.
-
Checkout and trust friction removed
Payment methods your market actually uses, address and shipping clarity, cash-on-delivery handled properly where relevant, and visible trust signals at the point of decision. Every unnecessary step costs orders.
-
AOV and retention mechanics built in
Bundles, quantity incentives, cross-sells that make sense, post-purchase offers, and the email and WhatsApp flows that bring buyers back. Designed as part of the build rather than added later.
-
Speed, feeds and measurement
Core Web Vitals optimised, apps audited for weight, product feeds correct for Google Shopping and Meta catalogue, GA4 e-commerce tracking verified, server-side events for accurate attribution. Launch-ready means measurable.
On guarantees: we do not promise a specific number before seeing your data, because anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is the method above, run in that order, with reporting honest enough that you can see for yourself whether it is working.

Store performance depends on your products, pricing, market and the traffic you send. What we control is whether the store converts as well as it can, loads as fast as it can, sells as much per order as it reasonably can, and measures accurately enough to improve. We report on contribution margin rather than platform ROAS, because that is the number that determines whether you have a business.

Shopify Commerce Build — FAQs
Should I use Shopify or something else?
Shopify suits most businesses well — the ecosystem, payment handling and reliability are strong, and the platform gets out of the way. It is less suitable for highly unusual fulfilment logic or very large complex catalogues. We will tell you if your requirements point elsewhere rather than building on Shopify by default.
How long does a Shopify build take?
Four to eight weeks for a standard store from research to launch, depending on catalogue size, integrations and how ready your product content is. Migrations from another platform take longer because data mapping and URL redirects need doing carefully. Photography and copy readiness on your side is usually the critical path.
Can you improve our existing store instead of rebuilding?
Often, and it is usually the better first step. We audit conversion rate, speed, product pages and checkout, and fix in priority order. A rebuild makes sense when the theme is fundamentally limiting or the architecture is wrong; iteration makes sense when the foundations are sound.
How do we increase average order value?
Bundles that make genuine sense together, quantity incentives, free-shipping thresholds set just above current AOV, considered cross-sells at the right moment, and post-purchase offers. The important word is considered — irrelevant recommendations add friction and reduce conversion, which costs more than the upsell gains.
Does site speed really affect sales?
Yes, measurably, and mobile is where it matters most. Sales fall as load time rises, and the drop is steepest in the first few seconds. Speed also affects your ad costs indirectly, because landing page experience influences quality signals. The usual culprits are oversized images and too many apps.
Do you handle product photography?
Not in-house, and we will not pretend otherwise. We specify exactly what images each product page needs and will work with your photographer, or recommend one. Product photography is one of the highest-impact assets in e-commerce and worth doing properly.
Can you set up Google Shopping and Meta catalogue feeds?
Yes, and correctly, which matters more than people assume. Feed quality directly determines Shopping and Advantage+ performance — titles, attributes, GTINs and category mapping all affect what your products compete for. Most feeds we audit are leaving performance on the table through incomplete data.
What about cash on delivery for Indian e-commerce?
It needs handling deliberately. COD raises conversion and raises return rates, which changes your contribution margin per order significantly. We configure it with partial prepayment options, address verification and post-order confirmation flows to reduce failed deliveries, and we model the margin honestly rather than celebrating the higher conversion rate alone.
Do you also run the ads for the store?
Yes, and it works better when the same team owns both. When the store and the media are managed separately, conversion problems and traffic problems get blamed on each other indefinitely. One team means one owner of the outcome.
How do we start?
A Growth Audit. We review your store, your conversion data, your product economics and your traffic, and tell you whether the constraint is the store, the offer or the acquisition. That determines what is worth building.
