Google Ads managed against revenue, not against clicks.

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, structured so spend scales without cost per customer climbing with it. We fix the measurement first, then the media Run for businesses in Hyderabad — pharma, technology and a fast-growing real estate market.

  • Reported on cost per qualified lead
  • Brand and non-brand always separated
  • Search terms reviewed weekly, not quarterly

What Google Ads Performance Command covers

This is full management of your Google Ads investment across every surface that matters for your business — Search for capturing existing demand, Shopping for product discovery, Performance Max where it genuinely earns its place, and YouTube where video does the persuasion that text cannot.

The word "command" is deliberate. Most accounts we inherit are not badly optimised so much as ungoverned: conversion actions nobody audited, brand traffic flattering the reporting, search terms accumulating waste for months, and bid strategies learning from data that does not reflect commercial reality. Optimisation on top of that foundation produces motion without progress.

We take control of the account structurally — measurement, segmentation, budget governance and reporting — and then optimise against numbers that mean something to your business.

In Hyderabad: we run this programme for businesses across Hyderabad, remotely from our base in Kolkata, India, with reviews scheduled inside your working hours. Individual services start at ₹35,000 per month. The discovery call is ₹499.

Why most Google Ads accounts plateau

Google Ads rewards the advertiser who feeds it the best data and punishes the one who feeds it the most convenient data. Smart Bidding is genuinely powerful, but it optimises toward whatever you have told it to value. Tell it that a brochure download and a sales enquiry are both conversions, and it will find you brochure downloads, because they are cheaper.

This is why accounts stall at a certain performance level and stay there regardless of how much optimisation work is done. The ceiling is not in the bidding — it is in the definition of success the account is optimising toward.

Search captures demand that already exists

Someone typing a commercial query is further down the decision than any audience you can target. That intent is why search remains the most reliable acquisition channel in most considered-purchase categories.

Broad match spends your money on questions you did not ask

Close variants mean you pay for far more queries than you selected. Weekly search terms review with themed negatives is one of the highest-return hours in any account.

Brand traffic hides whether you are creating demand

Brand search converts well because those people were already coming. Mixed into one report it makes everything look healthy. Separated, it tells you the truth about non-brand performance.

Performance Max is a tool, not a strategy

PMax works well in some accounts and quietly wastes budget in others. We use it where data supports it and exclude it where it cannibalises search, rather than running it because it is the default recommendation.

Why Ads Ninza for Google Ads Performance Command in Hyderabad

Senior people on your account

Strategy and execution sit with consultants who have 12+ years across IT and marketing. No junior handover after the pitch.

Tracking before spend

Conversion API and server-side events go in first. Platforms can only optimise toward signals they can actually see.

Ads and pages from one team

We build the page the traffic lands on. Campaign and conversion rate are tuned together instead of argued over.

Reporting a CFO can read

ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and pipeline. Impressions and engagement rate stay in the appendix.

We are a performance marketing team based in Kolkata, India, working with clients across India, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Canada. We own the whole path from click to conversion — campaigns, the pages traffic lands on, the tracking that measures it and the search work that reduces your dependence on paid over time — so nobody can hand the conversion problem to a second vendor. Your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties and creative stay in your name.

How we run Google Ads

The order matters more than any individual tactic. We fix what the account can see before we change what it does.

  1. Measurement audit, first and always

Every conversion action reviewed: what it represents, whether it can double-fire, and whether you would pay for it. Soft actions demoted to secondary, exactly one primary conversion per genuine enquiry path. This alone changes performance in most accounts.

  2. Structural segmentation

Brand separated from non-brand permanently. Geography split where economics genuinely differ. Product or service lines given their own campaigns and budgets so one cannot starve another. Reporting follows the same splits.

  3. Query and waste control

Full search terms audit, themed negative lists built and maintained weekly, match types chosen deliberately rather than left broad by default. Unglamorous, and where a meaningful share of recovered budget comes from.

  4. Offline conversion import

Your CRM outcomes — junk, unqualified, qualified, proposal, won, with real values — imported back against the original click. This is what teaches Google to find buyers instead of form-fillers, and it is the single largest lever on lead quality.

  5. Bid strategy matched to data volume

Target CPA and Target ROAS need roughly thirty to fifty conversions to learn. Below that, they thrash. We choose the strategy your data can actually support and change it when volume justifies it, rather than switching to whatever is newest.

  6. Landing page alignment

Specific queries sent to specific pages. Where the right page does not exist, we build it, because at metro click prices, sending commercial intent to a home page destroys the economics on its own.

On guarantees: we do not promise a specific number before seeing your data, because anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is the method above, run in that order, with reporting honest enough that you can see for yourself whether it is working.

  • Full conversion tracking audit and rebuild
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console alignment
  • Offline conversion import from your CRM

  • Keyword research, expansion and negative management
  • Ad copy writing and continuous testing
  • Audience, remarketing and customer-match lists

  • Brand and non-brand reported separately, always
  • Monthly review call with a senior consultant

We will not quote you a cost per lead before seeing your account, because anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the sequence: measurement fixed before spend is touched, waste removed before budget is added, and reporting that separates what you are creating from what you were already going to get.

Google Ads Performance Command — FAQs

How much should I spend on Google Ads to start?

Enough for the bid strategy to learn within about a month, which generally means a budget that can buy thirty or more conversions in that window at your expected cost per lead. In competitive categories that is a substantial figure. Spending below the learning threshold produces no usable data, and without data there is nothing to optimise.

Why is my cost per click so high?

Click price is an auction outcome, set by how many advertisers with what budgets want the same query. In competitive categories it is high everywhere and rising. The productive response is not to chase cheaper clicks but to convert better and qualify harder, so a higher click price still produces a lower cost per customer.

Should I use Performance Max?

Sometimes. PMax performs well in e-commerce accounts with strong feeds and clean conversion data. In lead generation accounts it frequently cannibalises brand search and reports those conversions as its own. We test it properly with brand exclusions and read the result honestly rather than assuming either way.

What is wrong with my current conversion tracking?

Without seeing it we cannot say, but the common defects are consistent: soft actions like page views counted as conversions, the same form counted twice through two triggers, offline sales never fed back, and no distinction between a junk enquiry and a qualified one. Any of these means your bidding is optimising toward the wrong thing.

How long before Google Ads performance improves?

Measurement and waste fixes usually show within two to three weeks. Structural changes and landing page work compound over four to eight weeks. Bid strategies need thirty to fifty conversions to learn, so lower-volume accounts take longer. Expect a clear direction inside a month and a settled picture by month three.

Will my lead volume drop if you fix the tracking?

Raw lead count often does, and that is the correct outcome. When you stop counting brochure downloads and duplicate submissions as conversions, the reported number falls while real enquiries rise. Tell your leadership before the change so a healthy drop in junk is not read as a performance problem.

Do you manage YouTube inside Google Ads?

Yes. YouTube sits in Google Ads and we run it as part of the same plan rather than as a separate service. It is particularly valuable in considered purchases — property, education, healthcare, high-value services — where video builds the conviction a text ad cannot.

Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes. Some of our work is strategic oversight alongside an in-house team, and some is white label behind another agency. What we need is clarity on who owns which decision, agreed before we start rather than discovered during a disagreement.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do, without exception. The account, the conversion configuration, the analytics properties and the tag manager container stay in your name with access granted to us. If we stop working together you keep the entire history and nothing needs rebuilding.
